You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

You agree that you will NOT:

• Post content that is unlawful, defamatory, hateful, harassing, or obscene.
• Infringe anyone's intellectual property, privacy, or other rights.
• Upload malware, attempt to breach security, or scrape the Site without permission.
• Impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or vehicle.
• Post spam, advertising, or content unrelated to vehicles.
• Use automated tools to submit content or overload the Site.

Registered, email-verified users may upload photos of vehicles. These photos are displayed publicly on the relevant make / model / trim pages. By uploading a photo, you represent, warrant, and agree that:

• The photo is genuine — it is a real, unaltered (other than basic cropping/lighting) photograph of the actual vehicle make, model, and year indicated.
• You own it or have the right to share it — you took the photo yourself, or you have explicit permission from the copyright holder to upload and publish it.
• It does not contain other people's personal information (for example, readable license plates, faces, or home addresses) without their consent.
• It is not stock, manufacturer, dealer, or third-party copyrighted imagery you are not licensed to use.
• It is appropriate, on-topic, and complies with the Acceptable Use rules above.

You retain ownership of photos you upload. By uploading, you grant Cars4Real a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, resize, and distribute the photo on the Site in connection with the relevant vehicle. You can delete your photos at any time, which revokes this license going forward.

We may remove any photo at our discretion — including ones that appear inauthentic, infringing, or in violation of these Terms — without notice. Repeated or serious violations may result in account suspension.

Opinions in reviews, ratings, and comments are those of their authors, not Cars4Real. You are solely responsible for content you post and grant us the same license described above to display it on the Site.

Specifications, prices, safety ratings, depreciation, insurance, and other vehicle data are provided for general information only and may be incomplete, estimated, or out of date. Always confirm details with the manufacturer or dealer before making a purchase decision. Cars4Real is not responsible for decisions made in reliance on Site data.

Manufacturer names, logos, and trademarks are the property of their respective owners and are used for identification purposes only. The Site's design, code, and curated content are owned by Cars4Real or its licensors.

The Site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cars4Real is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or reliance on its content or user-submitted photos.

We may suspend or terminate your access for any violation of these Terms. You may stop using the Site and delete your account at any time.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
